  • What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
    We value your time and strive to provide the best service for all our clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that we may need to adjust the service duration or reschedule depending on how late you are and our schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a cancellation fee. To avoid disruptions and ensure a smooth experience, please try to arrive on time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us at 469-999-4512 as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • How do I know what treatment to book?
    If you’re a first-time client, please schedule the "First-time client custom facial". For returning clients who are unsure about which treatment to book next, we recommend calling for personalized guidance. To ensure a seamless experience and avoid any confusion, it’s a good idea to book your next 3-4 appointments at the end of each visit.
  • What brands do you work with?
    We proudly work with a selection of esteemed skincare brands to offer you high-quality products and treatments. GlyMed Plus: Known for their advanced skincare formulations and commitment to clinical results, GlyMed Plus offers a range of products designed to address various skin concerns and promote overall skin health. Hale & Hush: Specializing in sensitive and post-procedure skin, Hale & Hush provides gentle, effective skincare solutions that focus on calming and restoring delicate skin. Face Reality: Renowned for their expertise in acne treatment, Face Reality delivers targeted products and solutions designed to clear and maintain healthy, acne-free skin. Herbal Skin Solutions: Offering natural and holistic skincare products, Herbal Skin Solutions combines traditional herbal wisdom with modern skincare science to address a variety of skin needs. Kin Aesthetics: Kin Aesthetics is a distinguished Korean skincare brand known for its innovative and results-driven products that cater to diverse skin types and concerns, focusing on enhancing skin health and appearance.
  • What is your cancellation and rebooking policy?
    We strive to accommodate everyone’s needs. If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Canceling your appointment within 48 hours will result in a $75.00 charge. If you must rebook your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Rebooking your appointment within 48 hours will result in a $30.00 charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • Can I bring someone to my appointment?
    You are welcome to bring a guest to your appointment; however, please be mindful of the following guidelines. Our lobby area, which is shared with other businesses, is equipped with a TV, coffee, and water for your comfort. For safety and courtesy, children must be supervised at all times and cannot be left alone in the lobby. Guests, including children, are not permitted in the service room.
  • What is your refund and exchange policy on products?
    Once a product has left our spa, it cannot be returned. If you receive a defective or damaged item due to shipping, please bring it back to our spa. We will assist you in facilitating an exchange with the manufacturer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?
    Your health and well-being is important to us. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, can arise and affect your ability to keep your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, please notify us as soon as possible. We will waive any cancellation or rebooking fees if you provide advance notice and a doctor’s note or proof of illness. If you appear ill at your appointment, we may request that you reschedule to ensure the safety of everyone.
  • How should I prepare for my appointment?
    To ensure the best results from your facial, please follow these guidelines: Arrive on Time and Makeup-Free: Please arrive on time with a clean, makeup-free face. If you’re coming directly from work and cannot remove your makeup beforehand, a cleanser will be provided, but this may reduce the time available for your treatment. Refrain from Exfoliating: Please avoid using exfoliating products (e.g., scrubs, peels, retinol) for 4-5 days before your facial to prevent over-exfoliation and reduce skin sensitivity. Limit Use of Active Ingredients: Discontinue the use of strong active ingredients like retinoids, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, or benzoyl peroxide for 4-5 days before your facial, as these can increase skin sensitivity. Skip Sun Exposure: Avoid prolonged sun exposure and tanning for at least a week before your appointment. Sunburned skin may be too sensitive for certain treatments. Refrain from Shaving or Waxing: Avoid shaving or waxing your face within 24-48 hours of your facial appointment to minimize skin irritation and sensitivity. Bring Your Skincare Products: Please bring a detailed list of the skincare products you’re currently using, or bring the products themselves, so we can better tailor the facial to your needs. Avoid New Skincare Products: To ensure we recommend the most suitable products for you, please avoid purchasing new skincare items before your appointment, as our esthetician will provide a curated home care regimen based on your skin’s needs. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your facial to keep your skin well-hydrated and enhance treatment results.
  • What happens if I have a personal emergency and cannot make my appointment?
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as car accidents or personal emergencies, can arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to such events, please contact us as soon as possible. We will waive any cancellation fees if you provide appropriate documentation or proof of the situation. If you arrive at your appointment and are visibly affected by such an emergency, we may request rescheduling to ensure your well-being.
